I've been banking here over 10 years and never had a single problem.

A friend told me to call. I was highly requested to call and ask for Megan for a personal loan. From the second my wife and I walked in the door, everyone was extremely helpful and professional. I not only am getting a personal loan at an incredibly low rate, I am switching over my banking here exclusively in the coming months. Thank you Megan and Shay. You guys were awesome!

Lennox Credit Union is the most unprofessional ran CU and I am turning them into the National Credit Union Association for how they cost my 85 yr old elderly mother loss of money to move her to assisted living when the POA resigned, they allowed him to still spend her money and left my mother penniless and treated the legal POA like she had no rights and they refused access to mother’s accounts and still are rude to POA almost 60 days later. I also will be attending a member board meeting with all the evidence of what the current staff has done to our elderly mother who has been a member for almost 40 years.

Several attempts have been requested for fax documents from this Bank by our bank the unprofessionalism of sending out a fax in a timely manner is inexcusable. There have been numerous of phone calls from my bank to this Bank requesting our funds wired transferred the excuses and delays we are receiving will be reported to the Better Business Bureau. We are extremely disappointed with this Bank and will never do business with them ever again. Again today our bank has NOT received the requested fax documents. As a consumer I am very concerned and wondering are they hiding information.
