Do not use this bank if you want to get thousands of money from your account stolen online, and then have them take 40 days of bothering them to finally put the money back into your account. Them blaming it on their “cards not having a chip reader”. It’s supposed to take two weeks to resolve. Took 40 days with calling and bothering them!!! With over draft fees. Because you know at 45 days they legally have too. What a joke do not bank here. Don’t trust them with your money or screwing you over with added on late fees when you can’t catch up to your bills because they let all the money in your account get stolen. Not to mention this was all around the beginning of December and this went on past Christmas allll the way to the end of January. Messing with peoples money, and then charging $25 overdraft fees to rack it up when they banked with you since 2013. Not to mention money has been taken from their account before and has been resolved in the past, in a timely manner but not this time this time would be incident number 4 over the years. This person has been with them since 2013! They have no loyalty to their customers. Just a matter of time before they screw you over too. It doesn't matter how long you've been with them they do not care about you. Please think about banking elsewhere, saving your money from this place. I don't want this to happen to anyone else, everyone knows how hard it is out there, this just simply is not right.

For being a small credit union they sure love to charge people ridiculous fees. Would not recommend them to anyone. Get you a bank that isn’t charging 25$ fees left and right for declined transactions after you switched banks and were moving automatic payments over. Feels like this was done just to be petty because I wasn’t going to use there bank anymore. They also have their cards and bank accounts compromised all the time. Somehow they let someone open a card under my dead grandmas name who wasn’t even on my account ever and take all of the money out of my account and it took them weeks to figure that out. This bank is just problem after problem

The constant failures of the automatic system they use have me baffled and exsausted. After two years of making payments only to have those payments transferred back to me and then getting charged for it, and losing an apartment due to not being able to use my credit card from this credit union despite having money to pay- I wouldn't recommend this place. I'm trying to pay my loans and couldn't last month due to lost documentation. I get charged when your system lags and charges overdraft fees despite having enough money to pay. Your app malfunctions all the time, and I don't know how you have business at this point. I just want to pay off my loan and be done using your credit union.
