Entire staff was very helpful. Even though I am not a NICCU direct member they were able to help me complete a transaction as a shared banking member.

Good heavens, it's unbelievable! It's 4:20 PM and they've already closed, which is understandable. What's most senseless is that a girl who speaks Spanish told me to go to the other agency, that it's the best. I hope I never have that girl working at my business again because what she did was really badmouth this agency. That's the problem with Central Americans; they don't think before they speak.
