Workers seem competent and willing to help. The only issue that I have is that they tend to do their server work on the website during non-business hours. This does not allow you to move money, see your balance, or lock and unlock your card. Most recent server shutdown has been for 2 days and counting.

I love my Credit Union, NICCU. The tellers are always greeting me with a smile, and willing to go the extra mile when you have complicated business to do! So glad I have joined this hometown Credit Union! Wish I would’ve chosen them sooner❤️

✨ I LOVE my credit union — NICCU is absolutely AWESOME! ✨ This place isn’t just a bank — it’s a community. Every single time I walk in, I’m greeted with smiles and genuine kindness. The people who work there truly care about their members and go above and beyond to help however they can. A while back, my car loan was sold off by a previous lender to a shady company, and NICCU stepped in and saved the day. They worked with me and helped me get a new loan through them — no hassle, no stress. Just compassion, support, and quick solutions. 💪🚗💙 And it’s not just the banking — NICCU makes life FUN. Today was their annual pool party and it was an absolute blast! 🏖️💦 Every year they also hook us up with discounted tickets to Adventureland, which is such a cool perk. 🎢🎟️ If you’re looking for a financial institution that treats you like a person and not just a number, go with NICCU. They are truly the best — helpful, friendly, and always doing something special for their members. 🙌💚 #NICCULove #CreditUnionWin #BestBankEver

I have gone to the NICCU my entire life and the people there are amazing! They are always helpful and friendly. When my kids go with me, they always make sure they get suckers and it puts a smile on their face.

I have banked at large banks all of my adult life (40 years) switching from one to another when the fees got too high. My husband opened his own sperate account at the Credit Union about 20 years ago. The hassles and fees that I had to deal with at my banks are nonexistent for him at the credit union. I finally switch to the credit union, I should have done it years ago. I am so very happy now.
