I have had a great experience with this credit union until today. When I go into make a deposit and I have to ask them is it the right account they put my money in and the teller proceeds to give me attitude about it and then I get home and find that they messed up both my depositing transactions and put them in the wrong account.

Without a doubt the worst banking experience I have ever had. I have been a loyal customer for years but after today I will be closing all accounts. The lack of attention and understanding of the staff shows me the standard this branch holds its employees has plummeted. I tried depositing a check and the young lady working tried insisting it was fraudulent. After a brief back and forth she goes to fetch who I can only assume is her supervisor. I am then told they will not be able to accept my check and must confiscate it due to suspected fraud. It took a call to the issuer and a fax to finally get it deposited. I will NOT be treated like a Criminal at my own banking establishment. The upper management of this branch should be absolutely ashamed that this pitiful standard of service expected from this location. Rest assured this is not over.

I won’t go into all the mental fatigue, all of the failures over 2 years with this institution. The final straw was losing my title and not caring one bit. Fees and a days pay lost at the DMV. Don’t just run away, run, run, run very fast and far away from this business. Although friendly on the phone correcting many mistakes, don’t do it. You will regret the day you ever heard of this place.

Do not bank here. In one years time I've been subject to fees, errors and hits on my credit. I set up automatic payments. It didn't work for whatever reason on their side and when I went in to confront them, THEY determined it was THEIR ERROR. Guess who still has a late payments on his credit report. In addition to that they struggle with record keeping. I have physically gone in to provide insurance documents (cards and declaration) with zero lapse in coverage, yet due to error (can't prove it was theirs but I'm thinking it likely was, my insurance agent claimed they frequently have issues with Greenstate) I was charged their insurance. Since I went in last to contest this they have conceded to refund just over half of that 3k addition to my loan. Why not the entire amount when proof has been provided? Good damn question. So, recap... extra fees, taxes and a nice little ding to my excellent credit rating almost entirely this organizations fault yet they hide behind bureaucracy to drag things out as long as possible to ultimately tax me with interests and fees. I have reported these issues to the BBB and look forward to clearing it up. Once that's done I'll be taking my business elsewhere and hopefully you read this and think to do the same. In My entire adult life I haven't had 1% of these issues with any other bank or credit union.

New to the area. Walked in 10 mins to closing. I was having issues with moving and current banks. The team at this location is excellent and professional. They helped me figure out my issues and got me in touch with Bailey. She got me completely setup and taken care of and she didnt care about leaving late if it meant helping me out. I highly recommend doing business here and when push come to shove they step up for their clients. Thanks again!
