Meridian Credit Union has a slogan “ where it feels like home” and it couldn’t be more true. The atmosphere at Meridian is very welcoming. It is obvious they are all part of a team that works well together. They make you feel like you are someone not just a file number. Jacki Grant does a phenomenal job as a loan officer!! It is important to her that clients stay informed, and her goals are met each day in regards to clients needs. Jacki listens and treats you with respect. Meridian is without a doubt a 5 star choice!! 💕

I have been with this bank for over 15yrs i owe two homes and another property. I owe nothing on any of them. But yet you have the nerve to day I can't vo sign for someone who's try to build their credit. Which I co sign before for them Now the loan officer is refusing to give this person a loan. Why because it's a personal problem with the loan officer and the person trying to get a loan. Now this person was able to get two yrs ago. But not now. Because why .being a personal reason from the loan officer and the person trying to get a loan and build his credit

Jackie is always friendly and works quickly to answer our questions. She had the information we needed and communicated she would be out if the office the week we planned to purchase vehicle. Brenda took over and worked with us efficiently to complete the process. She was friendly as well and got us set up and ready to go. We appreciate there outgoing personality and the fact they take the time to know all of us and treat us like family.

Meridian is amazing. Jacki has been absolutely wonderful to deal with. She makes the loan process so easy, headache free! She is very accessible and returns calls/emails very quickly. Their rates are the best around! The bank has an app that makes it easy to follow, pay loans and balance accounts. Highly recommend Jacki and Meridian bank.

We recently refinanced our home and Jacki Grant and the whole Meridian Credit Union crew were absolutely amazing. From filing the paperwork, to signing the documents, the appraisal of our home and keeping us up to date every step of the way; we couldn't have worked with a better group of people.
