I sell cars for a dealership located in Salt Lake City, Utah. I wanted to express my appreciation for Michele Butler, a loan officer for Sioux Valley Credit Union, and the professional manner in which she conducts her business. Michele processed a loan on a truck being purchased by a mutual customer, and a good 1000 miles away. When I called on her to assist me in gathering information that I needed on my end, she was extremely accommodating, making my job much easier as a result. Something I appreciated very much. Michele, if you see this review I certainly hope it reaches the powers to be. You and the services you provide at Sioux Valley Credit Union are invaluable. Again, thank you for being so helpful and please know that the world would be a better place with a few more Michele Butler's out there. Sincerely, Justin

SVCCU is the greatest credit union in Siouxland! I’ve banked with them since I moved to the Midwest 10+ years ago, and I have stayed with them, even after moving away from Siouxland over 2 years ago. Amie Reynolds, at the downtown branch, always goes above and beyond, and is the best bank manager around. You will not find as elite of services and that family feel at a national bank. Choose SVCCU!

Most in convenient place to bank. No atms of their own, no night deposit unless you bring your own envelope, the app is terrible, you can only withdraw $1,000 daily. Any more has to be a check that you must take to ANOTHER bank just cash. Easy to get a loan, everthing else is a joke. Oh and if you need to transfer money from one account to the other you better do it during business hours cause the app doesn't allow it. It has to option but I never goes through. Friendly staff and always feel very welcomed but the bank itself needs a lot of mordern updates.

I was greatly helped by the staff recently on a share branch deposit and a complicated cash request involving another bank nearby. The staff went out of their way to resolve my situation, even though I live out of town. Thank you!
