I just had to stop and do a clap back to the young man at the teller window that helped me ( Tay Laws) He went above and beyond what was required . I stopped in the Park Towers branch about 4:30 pm. I needed some statements printed ( and some minor edits had to be made, and then he also made copies of them too. What was so unique about our exchange is that he was very professional, polite and patient. He stood out! That kind of customer service should be recognized.

Jon helped facilitate a call today with financial at the main branch.Jon went above and beyond to help me with my banking matters. As we visited we found we had many hometown connections making me proud and thankful that Veridian is MY financial institution. Veridian never disappoints…Jon, today you were one of the reasons why!

i had an amazing experience here thanks to caden! he helped me get a car loan and a credit card and made the whole process easy to understand. he was patient, knowledgeable, and super nice. if you need help with anything, definitely ask for caden!

Damn! Syler Dams is THAT guy mane. He saved me from a burning building AND stopped a store robbery. Give that man a raise, EXPEDITIOUSLY! (All jokes aside. He truly is a great employee. Helped me with credit card information and setting mine up! Great guy and gave me all the needed information! Thanks Syler!)
