I have been with First Class for years. I don't often go to the West Des Moines location but decided to stop today. The beautiful window teller, Ms. Sarah Brown assisted me, very sweet and kind. It's always nice to feel comfortable with your banking institution. If you ever feel like your institution isn't respecting your membership, come on over! Ask for Sarah. She's good. She will get you straight.

Sarah Brown was professional and competent. She handled my banking needs promptly and courteously. When finished she asked if there was anything else today, when I said not today, she said thank you and wished me a good day. Very nice!

Kudos to Tiara for addressing a complex issue for my mother today! Tiara is an example of great customer care. I appreciate her taking the time to sit and listen to us. She was friendly, professional, and clearly cared. Everyone who worked there is clearly a reflection of her and her professional attitude. I would definitely recommend Tiara, her interpersonal skills, customer relations, are wonderful. Very satisfied and impressed by her. Thank you!

Sarah Brown was exemplary in her contact with me. Asked for my birthday but I did not think she wanted to send me a present so I asked if she wanted my password instead. She readily agreed so saved her some money. Lol. Great conversation.

I got excellent, fast service abroad (via phone call and email) with Call Center Specialist Mischelle Fisher to set up an external wire transfer to my foreign banking account. I wish there was a way to perform these transfers through the online portal even through a third party, but I nonetheless appreciate First Class' commitment to account security.
