All communications were far from professional. The emails I received felt like I was in a high school group chat. They tried scamming me multiple times when it came to 'proof of insurance' by saying they wouldn't accept an ID card or a Declaration Page and finalized it by saying I could get my car I financed with them if I paid my 2 months owed... that turned into 3 months... then 4 months... then they took all 4 payments and kept the vehicle anyways after all 4 payments were made in less then 24 hours. Do not do business with them. Trust me...

I have been a loyal customer of this banking branch for over five years, and I am deeply disappointed by the continually poor customer service I have experienced. I have found their service to be consistently subpar. The staff often appears disinterested and unhelpful, which has made my banking experience unnecessarily frustrating. The quality of service provided does not meet the standards one would expect from a reputable banking institution. I hope that management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary changes to enhance their customer service. Until then, I cannot in recommend this branch to others.

This Credit Union took a regular payment amount on the last installment for my vehicle loan. Which was $100+ more than what was needed to pay the loan off. They took it upon themselves to put it in a savings account. This is not my personal bank & several hours from my current location. I called to inquire why this amount was taken, the 1st employee I spoke with just kept telling me the amount taken & what had been due. Several times she just recorded my question. She said she had checked with her supervisor & neither of them knew why? I called the next & the person I spoke with was at least able to give me the account number. Asked for it to be transferred back into my personal account. Was transferred over to the person who could do that - ended up leaving a message asking for a call back. Did not receive a call back so I got to call again. This person was incredibly rude & advised me it would be $20 charge to do a wire transfer. This was their error - as too much was taken for the pay off amount. She said it was bank procedures. I was getting frustrated again over their error & having to jump through their procedures (hoops). Told her I was not paying to cover their mistake. She raised her voice said she would close the account & send a check by USPS. This is such an unprofessional process! Wonder if they will pay interest based on the daily rate as they charge on loans. So glad no more ties to this institution. Good Luck to all others.

Went in to get help logging into my online banking account. This is at the trail street location. I should of known better. I had three girls give me information but only partial information. The girl setting to the west was the most helpful. She took my phone and helped me as best she could. I blame management for not giving her the tools to succeed because she has great customer service. The other 2 girls should be fired. Rude and hateful. Leaving one girl to work alone while the talk and laugh in the back. I was there for over 20 minutes. This bank needs a complete restaff of management and employees. This location has been a sad excuse for customer service and banking for years. I ended up going to the north location and receiving help in 3 minutes. I want to thank the very nice young lady who helped me. She was setting in the window closest to the south inside. I should of came to you for help first and known better than visiting trail street credit union. I would give 0 stars to trail street credit union if possible. I give 5 stars to Frontview Credit union. I always get great help from them. I wish there was a corporate or number to someone to report the trail street credit union. I will only continue banking with you because of your North side location. And somebody do something about them not answering there phones. We see you not doing anything.
