I have been with Golden Plains for over 30 years and they have always helped me through mortgage loans and auto loans. Anytime I call with questions or concerns they are quick to walk me through the details in a way I understand. I’m very thankful for a local credit Union like GCPU!! Thanks!!

Yesterday I went to the bank, I had 4,325 dollars, counted it twice, and somehow only 4116 was deposited. When I said something the lady told me the machine is always correct. When I asked for it back she told me she couldn't do that. Excuse me? I got robbed broad daylight, and someone tried to gaslight me. This is the third time they have come up short. Smh.

Golden plains won't work with you. My husband had a heart attack and renal stenosis 8 months after we got our car. We goy put into special accounts, which I understand. On top of that they claim they didn't have our phone numbers lies. Then no papers from them just an attorney saying we owed $3000 more. Really then I called them and asked what's going on...repo are serious then we got papers 2 days after that. We are disputing the lady in special accounts said there is no way to help. Prayers to you all hoping nothing happens like it did to my family.

Mixed Review.. Although Ailyn helped my husband and I buy a new vehicle out of state, everything was smooth and straight forward. She kept calling and letting us know with any updates. We bought our SUV, no problem. A week or two later my sister went through and tried to get a loan for a new car too. She got Melissa Green. She never called, never gave information. Nothing. My sister had to go to the bank and talk with her, told her we were going out of town to pick up a car she wanted. She said she can transfer everything for her to sign at the branch locally. We got to the dealership & it took her 2 HOURS to finally answer. When my sister told her she got approved through the bank from the dealership.. all Melissa said was "well if she wants to go with them, go ahead." NEVER EVEN TRIED! Wasted our time waiting for her, FOR NOTHING. Horrible experience with GPCU for someone's first time (my sister) trying to get a loan.
