Have had an auto loan with them for 3 years. There is one very nice lady that is helpful when calling. Everyone else is very rude when calling asking questions about my loan. Plan on refinancing with a different company.

About the worst customer service one can have. Bobbi Ko - manager was about as rude as I’ve dealt with. I would stay clear of this credit union as there are so many other options for you to consider.

Tellers scold me instead of correcting me kindly in the drive'- through. They are usually very unfriendly with no smiles, even if you are a long time customer, probably 30 years(They don't listen to your explanation for making what they consider a mistake.) On a positive note, I feel my money is safe with mrcu. Phone calls to the credit union .are usually handled pleasantly.

Vanessa has been instrumental in helping me deal with my recently deceased mother’s accounts. I was frantic and overwhelmed and Vanessa went above and beyond helping me take care of everything, making it as easy as possible. She is fantastic and if I’m ever in the market for opening up another account, I will absolutely go to her

This has got to be the most incompetent bank ever. Just to get a new card because they said some fraudulent charges were on my card, It has been 11 days and I still haven't received my passcode. Bank of America will give you a temporary card the same day! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! rude at the drive thru, never smile at you, always act like you are bothering them. and with MY MONEY! THE WORST!!
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
