I am so incredibly grateful and overjoyed at how seamless and easy my experience has been with Madison at K-State Credit Union. It was important to me that I refinance my vehicle locally, and not only am I saving a ton of money, but the whole process was so quick! And to top it all off, the experience was so personalized and friendly. I'm grateful I didn't have to wait on hold or talk to automated computers. I CANNOT recommend K-State Credit Union enough!

I'd give more stars if I could. I've had several loans through this credit union and have now been a member for over 8 years. The loan process is fast and smooth and everyone that works there has made it a great experience every time I stop by. Definitely recommend 👍👍👍👍👍

Just financed my 3rd vehicle through K-State credit union. They were fantastic through out the whole process from the pre-approval to the final loan. Madison Sommer was awesome. I was on a bit of a time crunch but she stayed with me until the deal was done. She was super easy to work with. And one of the nicest people I have interacted with. I highly recommend K-State Credit Union. They are all about customer service. 5 Stars plus plus!

We have always had the greatest customer service at the Credit Union. Madison S Was so very helpful this week with a loan for another vehicle she was very kind friendly helpful and very patient. I would recommend Kansas State Federal credit union to anybody.

Absolutely outstanding service from Zurely and Kylie at K-State Credit Union! From the moment I walked in, both of them were professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They made the process of getting my debit card and enrolling in Apple Pay incredibly fast and smooth—no stress, no confusion, just straight-up efficiency. What really stood out was their excellent communication. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and even managed to add some humor to the process, which made the whole experience enjoyable. It’s rare to find that perfect balance of professionalism and personality, but Zurely and Kylie nailed it. K-State Credit Union is lucky to have them—five stars all the way
