I’m so very disappointed with this company. You can’t call because they don’t answer the phone. So I went in and they gave me the branch manager’s phone number. He doesn’t answer either. I’m not even going to get into the rest of this mess. Customer service is terrible. The teller is a sweet girl. I appreciate that. How can anything be fixed when you can’t call or go into the bank to accomplish my banking needs.

Nice people. Terrible company. In times of financial hardship, why is your first line of action to take more money than what someone even has to begin with? Instead of being able to focus on necessities such as bills and food, now I get to pay the overdraft fees instead. You make your money on OUR struggles. If you had a 24 hour grace period to get the funds re balanced I’d think differently about this place. But to be overdrafted $27.50 on a single cent transaction was one of the most ridiculous things. I work way too hard, and don’t get paid enough for you guys to literally rob my money. I’m happy to finally be gone from this place.

Update: I still stand by how I feel about Liz and bobbi but Mrs Linda helped me and really tried to pull some strings and she did. Mrs Linda was the peace I needed in a difficult time and I appreciate her. I really do appericate the time and effort she put in to help fix my situation. She is amazing. Liz and Bobbi I wouldn’t recommend. Not professional. They would talk to you like you’re slow and haven’t finished school even though I’m highly educated. They are very condescending. They are very rude and when you get rude back, they like to hang up. They’re very inconsiderate and horrible at the jobs. Don’t know how to talk to customers or help them at all. You can tell Liz and Bobbi hates the job they have you can hear it in the tone. I miss Mrs. Yvonne Robertson. Mrs. Yvonne really cared about the customers. Every question comment or concern she went above and beyond to help. To try to help find a solution and understood we were real life people going through real life things. Even if she couldn’t help me the way I needed I felt secured and had a good understanding and plan.

Opened an account, March 20, was told deposited checks would be on hold for 3 months. Ok, Deposited a check on 6/20, said check is still on hold until 7/3. Called Bank 6/30 talked to Joseph was told they had all gone home and he would leave a message for Leslie to call me back the next day. Called bank again 7/1 10 am, talked to Ashley said that no call had been received, was told to wait as they had only been open an hour. Called back on 7/1 at 4:30 pm. NO CALL received at all for the day, talked to Joseph who has now left a third message for Leslie to call. I was under the impression this was a good credit union to bank at. Apparently, I was wrong? I just want the hold off my international company paycheck removed so I can pay bills for the month. Looks like I not only get to have a ding on my credit rating but will likely be paying interest on my credit card (which would have been a full payment and no interest). Gee THANKS LESLIE FOR ALL YOU "DON'T DO"
