They are super shady on interest rates and the amount of money they will loan on vehicles. Terri I think her name is is completely awful and incompetent. Like others have said avoid this place at all costs. It’s a shame how far they have let this credit union go down hill

I do my banking here at Mid-Kansas Credit Union, and I always appreciate their warm and helpful customer service every time I visit. They are always so kind and ready to answer any questions you may have. If you are looking for a very trustworthy, secure, intelligent bank, I would definitely recommend Mid-Kansas Credit Union for your banking needs!

This credit union has bad customer service all the people that work in the bank are rude and stuck up. They issues you a atm card then block all the features of the card so pointless

If you are thinking about banking here, don't. If you are currently banking here, pay off everything a change to some place better. This place has went downhill a lot in the last 5 years.
