Today was my first time stepping in this CACU location, and I had such a positive experience. Maggie was the teller, and the first thing I noticed was how she stepped out from behind the counter to personally assist an elderly woman and walk her to the waiting area. That level of care immediately stood out to me. She greeted everyone she helped — including me — with a warm smile and genuine kindness. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly impressed me. Because of Maggie’s outstanding service, I decided to open an account and start doing business with them in the future soon. She made a lasting first impression, and CACU is fortunate to have her on the team.

Customer Service died with the creation of Covid - Prove us wrong. While we don’t need to leverage brick & mortar branches often, we do expect you to be able to deliver a seamless experience. Sadly, this branch has failed to deliver more times than not. “Branch Managers” are non-existent. Always MIA or too business to address customer needs. Frontline associates are delivering transactional service, at best. We’re officially moving to Fidelity for all financial needs as the death of brick & mortar banks can’t come soon enough. P.S. Having a policy in place to digitally capture and store images of your customer’s official government ID’s is placing everyone at risk during your next data breach. And you will fail to secure these, it’s just a matter of time.

Opened an account here. Told them no postal mail because I have had issues with mail theft. Claimed they set my preferences to electronic mail only. I even set it to that on the mobile app. Nope been getting mail from them for years. I keep calling and they keep claiming my preferences have always been set to mail. Debit card was opened and tampered with. Application with loan info was opened and tampered with after I spoke to the branch manager and she claimed she changed it. This bank does not protect your info. DO NOT USE!!!

Applied for a car loan from them only to have them take me through every loophole possible. This CU made me feel like it was their first time giving a car loan. If you're ok with the process to take over 3 weeks for a CAR LOAN, come here. The customer service from a heavier set desk lady here was also poor and she made us feel unimportant. Be better, be professional, get your car buying experience for your customers easier.

I didn’t open an account with them today but I love their honesty and how clear that clerk was about the saving account. Thank you for the transparency!
