I spoke with Beverly through the call center this morning and want to give a big thank you to her for all her help! She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and showed she cared about the issue I was having. She did all she could to help and moved it forward to help get things resolved. Beverly has been with the credit union for a long time and it's always a good feeling when I get to speak with her because I know she will always help in any way she can. Update: I would also like to thank Cynthia for her help yesterdayl. She was very courteous and knowlegeable and glad to help.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This morning I had an excellent experience at Mazuma Credit Union. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by a very kind gentleman named Rich. I explained that I needed to get a new debit card but would not be able to stand for a long period of time. Without hesitation, Rich immediately invited me to sit in a seating area, which meant more to me than he may realize. Rich also acknowledged that my branch manager, Akeeley from the Olathe branch, had already sent him a message letting him know I would be coming in this morning. That level of communication and care speaks volumes. Throughout my visit, Rich was compassionate, reassuring, and incredibly patient especially considering my disappointment about having to switch out my card. He offered constant reassurance that everything would work out and kept great conversation to help lighten the experience. Moments like this remind me why I am proud to be a Mazuma member. They didn’t just meet my expectations they exceeded them. When I think of great customer service, I truly think of Mazuma Credit Union. Azalyla did an excellent job of assisting me today in my transactions at the Credit Union. Rich has always been outstanding and exceptional in his service to me in every area of the credit union. He is a great an exceptional employee.. He is always eager to handle my problems and has never had a challenging one he hasn’t conquered..

Today I was feeling really stressed about getting my mobile app to work before traveling, and I happened to connect with one of your Mobile Response Team members, Sean Benton. He was incredibly thorough, helpful, and genuinely enthusiastic from the moment our conversation began. I truly appreciate how quickly he jumped into action, even looping in his supervisor to make sure I was fully supported. He took the time to make sure everything with my mobile app was set up correctly so there would be no hiccups with my travel plans. With the bank close to closing and this being my last chance to cash my check before going abroad, the situation was stressful — but Sean handled it with so much care and professionalism that it completely eased my worries. I want to express my gratitude not only to Sean but also for being a member of Mazuma Credit Union. If more workers show the same dedication and kindness he did, I will gladly continue banking here. Please honor Sean for going above and beyond to serve customers like me. I am highly satisfied with the service I received today.

Michael provided truly exceptional customer service from start to finish. I initially assumed I would be speaking with an automated system, so it was very refreshing to connect with a real person who was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. From the beginning of the call, he was friendly, professional, and attentive, which immediately put me at ease. He took the time to carefully listen to my concerns and made me feel that my situation was valid and important. Michael thoroughly explained each step of the process when helping me set up my first payment, ensuring I fully understood everything before moving forward. He was clear, articulate, and never rushed the conversation, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
