Never had issues but this is the second time my card has declined on the weekend when there is money in the account and I cannot contact anyone to find out why and by Monday my card is usable again. Very frustrating and will be the reason I switch banks.

Terrible experience just trying to call the bank. I’ve called four times today, spent a total of 45 minutes on hold and NEVER got ahold of an actual rep/teller. You guys obviously either need to have more people available to answer the phone or just revamp the tele-help you offer. Absolutely ridiculous.

I can't speak on the banking part cuz i dont bank here but I came here for a small loan and left with alot of information that is going to save me a bunch of money in the long run. They refinanced my vehicle for a 1/3rd of the interest of what Ive been paying on it, when my personal bank told me they couldn't do it until I owed less on it. Caleb was a huge help, they are even going to help me get another vehicle with way smaller payments then I was expecting!! I plan on using them for my future loans and a savings account.

I have never had issues with the people who work here. With that said, I am very unhappy and considering closing out my account and going to a different bank. I never had any issues until recently. Everytime I use an ATM, every time I order something online or pay a bill online, I have been charged a $30 courtesy pay fee for each of those online transactions. For 2 months now. I am on disability and am on VERY limited income. I use to be a very happy KTCCU member. Now I may find another bank. This is a bad move on KTCCU part.

They keep 'pending' autopay paychecks, but putting it accessable in the account, and then charging overdraft fees for spending money that you have. Someone needs to check into this obvious and blatant theft before it becomes a lawsuit.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
