This credit union has gone way done hill over the last few years. Don't know why their debit cards seem to get breached so constantly, when other people I've talked either never had an issue with their bank/credit union or only happened once. At KUMCCU, it seems to be on an annual basis. After COVID, they cut their hours back, which affected me because they closed when I left work. Now, they are closed Saturdays. Not accessible ATM. I've been with them since 1999. I've have had enough of the run around they give .

I have to say , I’ve been with the KU credit union for over 20 years . I wouldn’t go anywhere else . Bob Burton is the best . All the Burtons are the best . Nathan ,Chrissy all will go out of their way to help you . I know I’m safe there . My family has been with them longer than I . Thankyou for all you do ♥️

We've had issues with them for communication, odd fees and sharing our information with others over the years. We've decided to pull our money out and move it to someone else.
