Pretty crappy when credit unions can’t even be open on Saturdays because they think that everybody has a 9 to 5 job during the week and can get to the bank just like everybody else so they decide to close their walk-in facilities on Saturdays… it’s sad. I’ve been with this company for a long time and now I’m already thinking about moving because I need to be able to get to a bank on the weekends instead of wait three days to have a check cleared through their ATM. I don’t know what management decided to close all of them or a few that did have real people in them on the weekends. I mean, at least have one open you expect people to pay their bills, but yet you expect people to also take time away from their jobs not making money to go pay people money it’s a real burden Just might have to switch over to the competitor envista credit union just so I can make my bank appointments on time that I’m able to get there. At least they’re open on Saturdays.

Their app is absolute garbage. Nothing works right, I am going through them to pay off my car loan and it is almost like they are purposely trying to make me not pay off my loan. I tried connecting my bank account to theirs, says the bank account doesn't exist. I try manually typing and verifying, waited 3 days, I type in the correct amounts. Says the amounts are wrong. Do not bother going through them with loans.

Worst credit union/bank I've ever dealt with. Their website is trash and never works right. For a company that deals with other people's money I would think they would have the website features pretty secured by now. I mean last time I checked it's 2025 now. Their loan approval process isn't any better. Probably switching to Envista for that and everything else

I'm not quite sure why you would schedule digital ae4vice upgrades that won't allow your customers to have banking access to their fund for 3 and a half days.

Azura was once upon a time Rubber Workers credit union for Goodyear as well as Educational Credit Union. These were strong institutions with great service. Once they started all of the merges and changes these last four years or so, their customer service was starting to slide. Since the CV-19 experience, they completely threw customer service out the window. They literally don't care anymore. It is difficult to speak to a person on the phone. They have kept many lobbies closed. They don't even want to use real people at the drive through. Listen friends, they just don't care about us as customers anymore.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
