I spent five hours trying to pay my bills. I called the bank five times, and they still couldn’t figure out how to unlock my card after the credit limit was reached. I even opened a new bank account, and then they wanted to charge me to move my own money because their banking system wasn’t working. The representative at the new bank was on the last call with me and couldn’t believe what they were hearing. They even said it didn’t sound like the other bank knew what they were talking about. Five hours later, I still can’t pay my bills with my own money. You do the math if you’re considering banking somewhere like this. Very rude and completely unprofessional.

Recently my sister passed and I needed to set up a checking account for the Estate. While trying to work with my current bank I ran into nothing but problems, additional paperwork, etc., even though I have banked there for 20+ years. Within days of me reaching out to Panhandle Federal Credit Union, processing the paperwork and talking over the phone the account is set up and working wonderfully. Kodie was especially pleasant to work with and very helpful with any questions that I had! I might even consider moving all of my banking needs here.

Outstanding customer service. I live out of state but they handle the transaction as if I am there in person. Kim is very professional and exceptional. Thank you!
