I have been a loyal customer of Campus Credit Union and they have done a fantastic job !!! Helping with my banking needs. I hope that this bank continue to grow. I think there are some fabulous people working there if you give them a chance to help you. No bank is perfect, but these guys are fair and they will work with you to get the job done right. I've went to several banks that have high interest rates and theses guys gave me the best deal in town. They are simply the best. Best regards Kirk & Cheryl Allen

Total incompetence at this place!! First, I went to close out my account thinking I had around $150 in there from when I started the account to get a loan several years ago. The guy behind the counter handed me $35 and some change, to which I replied, “where’s the rest of my money.” He couldn’t answer that, so he went to get his manager. She said they had been taking money out of the account each months for inactivity. I was shocked and very upset, but apparently that’s what they do and there is nothing I can do to get my money reimbursed. Now, three days later I needed my drivers license for something and it wasn’t in my purse. I remembered giving it to the guy at the Credit Union to scan and thinking he must not have given it back. So I called, and sure enough they had it in their safe because the guy had left it in the scanner. So now I had to drive all the way across town to get my license back. When I went in the guy said they tried to call me, but my number was no longer inservice. I asked, “did you call the mobile number on the paper THAT YOU MADE ME FILL OUT with my new address and phone number on it?” He said, “oh, I don’t know where that paper went to.” Total incompetent idiots are all that work there! Take my advice, go find another place to bank! There are way better credit unions than this in Wichita!

I wouldn’t bank here if it was the option I had. Don’t recommend for new account or even a banking account. The branch manager either doesn’t like his job or doesn’t care for the company he works for. My brother has a loan with them and have been dealing with them four times on setting up ach. FOUR times including branch manager and they still can’t even have it figured out. Asked to be added on the account, nope they don’t know how to do that. As well as setting up a simple ach for payment of the loan. They are quick to send letters in regards of the loan payment but when going in and speaking to more than 3 people as well as branch manager and still can’t even set it up correctly. The loan started back and in February, after the first four attempts and ach was set up properly. Payments coming out like it should, now an employee removes it. So this will make it the fifth trip to the credit union, take them another blank check again.
