I got a mortgage through this credit Union, I think they do a big disservice to their members by regenerating mortgage bill after 1 day after due date. Which will be reported to credit bureaus of having 2 months payment due when you only really have to pay one month. Because you're still within grace period. However, even if you wanted to make your payment on the second assuming your payment is due on the first you cannot do so without contacting the bank. You should be able to make your payment all the way through the grace period on the app without interference. I have had loans with various different banks. And no matter what loan, I have had with whatever bank I have always been able to make payments through the app. through grace period.

I came in today needing to get a new card and things sorted as I had some fraudulent charges. I believe it was Cindi who helped me and she was so kind and patient and answered all my questions as well and understand the dispute process and eased my worry and made me feel very reassured!

Their service is awful. I can't get in touch with any advisor. They charged my account, and when I called, they hung up on me. I waited for hours, and they still haven't been able to resolve my issue with the charges.

If you go inside, the Tellers are really friendly and you very seldom have to stand in line and they like to give loans

Kalin at Meritrust on Pawnee and Seneca was super racist towards me. Threatened to close my account because I wasn’t good enough for his “teller job.” I’m closing my Meritrust accounts over Kalin and taking my banking elsewhere. It’s 2026 and sadly racism is still in the banking industry. Sorry not everyone is like you, Mr. Kalin. Sad Meritrust, such a premier banking option in Kansas, would hire such a human.
