I’ve banked here for 13 years and used to love it. Loved the app, loved that it was a credit union and loved that they didn’t close their drive thru tellers till 7pm because I work late. I can’t stand this bank now. You can’t deposit cash at the atms—you have to speak with a teller, They have transfer limits, they charge fee after fee after fee just to transfer from savings to checkings, and they now close their teller/atms at 6pm. Ive arrived at the atm 5:58 and they won’t take me. It’s frustrating when I’m speeding after work to get there and still have a couple minutes to spare and they don’t take me. They used to ask if you wanted your card to decline if there wasn’t enough money or if you wanted it to go through but you would be negative. Not anymore, now it will always go through and you’ll be negative and they will slap a big fee on it. The only reason I haven’t changed yet is because their app is nice to have and I know it will be a headache and But I’ll be switching as soon as possible. I can’t stand it.

They are absolutely terrible. The worst of the worst. Now I see why they are a bank no one wants. I keep begging them to merely take the monthly truck note out of my bank account, but nope! I’m having to call them every month and be charged a $15 “convenience fee”. Not that hard, people. TAKE THE MONTHLY TRUCK NOTE OUT OF MY ACCOUNT! This is a very simple elementary task.

This bank robbed me. Opened an account and deposited my tenants security deposit. I also used this account to receive money for giving Uber rides. Years went by and I’m thinking the money is growing. Nope! Because I didn’t notify them I had moved, the statements they had been sending me were being returned. Everytime charging me $30 (iirc). I never had to inform any of my other banking institutions. They Never once picked up the phone in an attempt to contact me. They just continued to steal my money. Took over half of my tenants security deposit and all my uber earnings. I Discover all of this when I show up to the bank to make my first withdrawal. The teller told me there was nothing they could do. I asked for a manager who told me the same. Terrible Bank. If you’re looking for a Credit union I recommend Meritrust.

So greatful for the services provided. So happy more locations are popping up around Wichita. I like that its a smaller credit union and they are able to provide more one on one help quickly.

I have an auto loan through them and they have charged me thousands of dollars over different periods of time claiming I don’t have insurance. I’ve sent them proof of insurance multiple times and even gave them my agents number and they refuse to accept it. Terrible place for a loan wouldn’t recommend to anyone out there.
