The team at skyward Credit Union is incredibly helpful and welcoming. From the moment I walk in, I'm greeted with friendly smiles. They are professional without ever making me feel like just another transaction. Whenever I have questions or get confused, they take the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. I truly appreciate the kindness and care they show every time I visit.

We are so sick of the service at this location. We bring in coin to run through the machine once a year. A few coins were damaged and the lady behind the counter had to come and fix the machine. Then she says, 'Are you just going to stand there and clog my machine up?' We bring our coin that wouldnt go through the machine up to the counter and she refuses to take it telling us that they dont have cash registers at this location.....Im sorry what? Get rid of this staff and start over. This is the worst people location we have dealt with since they opened. Im so close to moving all of our family's accounts elsewhere.

Excellent facility. Isaac at the Greenwich Branch was very helpful and kind. Once business was done, he got the door for me. I'm on crutches so I sure appreciated it.
