Im giving them 5 stars because I should have done so months ago. They saw something suspicious and refused to pay a charge being made on my bank debit card. At first I thought it was a scam because a text came in late at night. But I went to check on it the next morning and sure enough it was them notifying me of suspicious card activity. So, there is that. Plus, all the cashiers are friendly and professional. Oftentimes recognize me and no need to dig out my ID! Plus i received loans for a car and car repairs in a quick and fair manner right when I needed them most. At another point I found some old, un-used money orders I wanted to deposit to receive the cash. They advised me not to do this because they were so old they would end up going negative due to fees. I proceeded anyways, just being greedy and too lazy to mess with the m.o. company and sure enough they were right, I should have mailed them back to Western Union. So in summary, this is a great Credit Union for any working-class or retired on social security person to use. And some of these negative reviews should be deleted because it's obvious the person's writing, full of errors, misspells even incoherent at times shows they are simply ignorant and did not understand the transaction they got into, in the first place.

They gave me a decent Intrust rate in my loan but Amber, you need to work on your customer relation skills. You are extremely rude. If you don’t like your job find a different one. Other than Amber being the worst bank employee I have ever had the displeasure of working with, I have nothing else bad to say.

Currently called to make payment and change info. Lady hung up and is now not picking up phone call. It is illegal to refuse service. I guess they don't want to get payed and their policy of helping customer's and keeping their information safe and not give it out to someone "claiming to be my spouse" doesn't mean anything to them.

I kept this bank so long because they have been good to me over the past 13 plus years. I've never written a review but now I'm going to. I was calling all day because I'm out of town and I was needing to do a wire transfer. I left 2 messages on the website at 8:00 a.m. I left a voicemail around 8:30 a.m. I was calling intermittently all day and no one answered the phone until after the time to do wire transfers was over. Then I was told she saw a voicemail but didn't see a name attached to it. I left a detailed voicemail. Update. I just saw where she moved money without my consent.
