I have been a member for about 20 years. They think of you as a person and not a number. I have had loans and various accounts at this credit union. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. This is not the biggest credit union in town, but it is the best.

The staff, mainly the one who always answers when I call and waits on me when i go in, has zero personality and not an once of friendliness. When you work with the public that should a be a #1 qualification. Rather you care for the person or not, be nice, act like you like your job!

Very inconvenient that banking hours seem to be inconsistent.... has caused major inconveniences for us personally not being able to depend on posted hours. The staff is great, don't get me wrong, just personally caused some issues.

I'm very pleased with Bluegrass Credit Union. All of the Tellers and Office Manager "go above and beyond" to help meet customer needs. The entire staff is always friendly, helpful and "personable". The customer service is excellent! :-)

This place is absolutely terrible. Their computer system goes down all the time and you cannot get to your money and they have blocked everyone's credit card except for use in Ky, Oh, and WV....sorry I pay bills online and not all are in the tristate area!!! Would it recommend to anyone.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
