This bank has the most compassionate employees I’ve ever encountered in a bank /credit union . They have gone over and above the normal “ service” to help a close family member of mine with her accounts. Special thanks to Joni for her patience and her compassionate treatment .

I love the friendliness of the employees. I love the atmosphere of the place. I appreciate that you always ask for IDnumber; however, I hate giving the last four of my Social security number where others can hear it. Please consider making it that we have the option of using another ID number. Thank you very much!
