I had the pleasure of speaking with Cindy at Service One Credit Union, and I cannot say enough good things about her. She was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding while helping me with a very delicate situation. Cindy truly went above and beyond to assist me, and her willingness to make accommodations lifted an enormous amount of stress off my shoulders. Her professionalism, compassion, and genuine desire to help did not go unnoticed. I am extremely grateful for her support and outstanding service.

Service One Credit Union are so easy to work with. My wife & I have been with them now for almost 2 years. We've transferred car loans, savings accounts, & a checking account over. They are always so friendly, professional, & so quick to answer any questions we may have. Tara Ford in the Russellville brand has been a lifesaver helping us get out of debt & better ourselves. We highly recommend if you are looking for a new bank that you give SOCU a try. You won't be disappointed!

I love this place so many amazing people but one young lady. McKenzie was very disrespectful and I tried to explain she got rude which caused me to raise my voice then I told her not to do anything with my account till I talk the the lady April to close out my loan she just got more rude and hung up on me. But to April and the others absolutely amazing so kind and very knowledgeable on all things. I am half way thinking going to the office and speak to this girl face to face. She just needs to know you can’t treat people disrespectful as she did me. Not everyone will be as nice as me. Amazing company. Love them McKinsey just needs more training or find another jog but not one on one with people. So don’t judge the whole place by my one star rating. God bless

While visiting my sister in Kentucky (I work at my local Credit Union in Vermont), we stopped by the drive-through to make a quick deposit—and I’m so glad we did! Katelynn Pierce helped us, and she was absolutely fantastic. In just a few minutes, she turned a simple errand into a genuinely enjoyable experience. She was friendly, upbeat, and incredibly personable—chatting with us like we were longtime friends. Her positive energy was infectious, and it left such a great impression. It’s clear she cares about the people she helps. Credit unions thrive because of people like Katelynn—she’s a gem!
