This credit union has continued to go down and down. They do not understand policy, procedure or any banking common practices. Management is uneducated and unskilled. They do things based off of personal feelings and not policy and procedure. Give it 5-10 years and they will be merged or closed by the NCUA.

The very best service I have ever gotten at any bank, bar none. This bank reminds you of an older time, when people were friendly, they know your name, they know your kids names, and they treat you right. While they may not have the cutting edge in bill paying techniques they make up for that with low interest loans and great service. When people ask me why I moved from a large city to the Brandenburg area an institution like Doe Run Federal Credit Union is one of the reasons I give them.

I have been banking with Doe Run FCU since they opened in Brandenburg and it is, by far, the best customer service I've ever had with a bank. Sometimes I go months not going in BUT when I do they greet me by name as I walk through the door. They are the most helpful and nicest tellers I've ever encountered!
