My name is Tammy Barr , I have been with cove credit union since 2009 , i've dealt with the manager there totally totally awesome. His name is butch. You couldn't ask for a better bank. I will never change from that bank. I talked to Victoria every month. This lady is my banker.I call her she totally helps me every month.I can't see anybody talking about this bank. I worked for Saint Elizabeth hospital.. that's how I got started with the bank.I am telling you what I no I should have worked for the bank, but I'm not really good with money. That is why Victoria helps me each month.I gave them over 15 customers. Not only did I give them fifteen customers that work in saint elizabeth hospital. I've helped people get car loans there. I'm also helped other people join the credit union, they are awesome to deal with. If you can't get along with them, you can't deal with any other kind of bank.I mean that by the sincerely of my heart. Jerry works there too. She's helping me plenty of times they're very smart. But we all make mistakes, but I will tell you Butch, and actually Victoria, help me get through the cable company. They are terrible.. is spectrum. I just want to show my real feelings.I meant to put this a long time ago.But i'm not a good person about getting on here and saying how I feel sincerely Tammy Barr

Very useless bank. From the moment I walked in, the experience was terrible. The cashier was extremely rude. It was hard to tell if the person was a woman or a man. I tried to withdraw money from my savings account, and they did not accept my passport as valid identification. They were very disrespectful. I asked to speak with the manager, but she was even worse—she wouldn’t even let me talk. They clearly need proper customer service training, and someone should explain to them that a passport is a legal form of identification. There are much better banks out there. I was planning to open a checking account, but definitely not here. I’ve seen some five-star reviews, but honestly, those must be from family members.

Very useless bank. By useless I mean they are of no value to me as a customer. They basically steal your money through overdraft fees, even when you deposit money they still hold unto the charge. They will never run a cheque through clearing where you see it first and have the option to deposit the money before the cheque is returned. They just go ahead charge the fees.

I dont use Cove, never will now, but my mom has had an account with them for over 15 years. Today, she paid some bills in the morning, then went to the grocery store to stock up for the week. After trying to use her Cove debit card at checkout, it declined so she gives them a call, and she's told that she is NOT permitted to use the card at a POS terminal, online, or even at the ATM, because Cove has an absolutely TERRIBLE policy that a debit card can only be used for 4 transactions in one day. Four?? A mother isn't allowed to pay her bills and then grocery shop? She can't buy FOOD? The representative she spoke to, as well as the supervisor, did not care whatsoever that she's now completely locked away from the money THAT SHE WORKS TIRELESSLY FOR because of this heartless, despicable company. Do NOT open an account here, they hold YOUR money hostage from you, and they DO NOT care about their clients.

I work at a dealership and had to call for a customer to get payoff information. Misty and Kristy were both super friendly and the process of talking to a real human was quick and painless. Not sure why their rating is so low.
