For the record this review would be a 1 Star if it wasn’t for Angela Joseph she was very helpful, kind, and resourceful to talk to. The main reason this pitiful excuse for a bank deserves this 2 star review is because of Kelly Adam’s rude behavior and her disgusted look when me and my wife walked in. We walk in around 12:30 and Kelly asks if we need help “My credit score dropped 70 points because they never attempted to call me so now she tells me i need to dispute that with my credit WOW” Me and my wife proceed to tell this woman what’s wrong and that we are here to make a lump sum payment. Before she has done anything that we have asked of her she asks with her rude tone if there is anything else she can do for us, It agitates me and my wife so this is where Angela steps in and takes us from there. It’s not like they are packed at this point in the day so i don’t understand why it’s so hard for this woman to do her job, there needs to be a re-evaluation of some of the employees because personally I think the rotten attitude given off is why the reviews of your bank are worsening. Please handle this or i will take this to a Better Business Bureau. Thank you!

trash services. the way they treat people is disgusting. i would not recommend anyone use them BUT YOURE QUITE LITERALLY FORCED TO ** edit - i went into the office in person to ask for help while clearly still frustrated. the clerk next to the one helping me said “must be a full moon out” referring to me coming in being angry. then was treated even worse by a woman with glasses in the back right of the room. I WOULD AVOID EVER HAVING TO SPEAK TO THESE INSUFFERABLE PEOPLE BY ANY MEANS. PUT YOUR BILL ON AUTO PAY AND DOUBLE CHECK IT AFTER IT GETS PAID ON THE APP BECAUSE ITS TWICE NOW IVE PAID MY BILL ON THE APP AND THE MONEY WAS RETURNED TO ME THEN SERVICES WERE DISCONNECTED WITHOUT NOTICE

A word of warning to all members. I thought a credit card gave some protection against fraudulent charges. Not so. I applied for a "free" sample of Garcinia Cambrogia and authorized the shipping/handling fee of $4.95 on my visa which is through KUE. Checking my account online a couple weeks later I saw I had been charged $158.62 by the merchant on the 15th day after my free sample request. I filed a dispute with the visa customer service # and called the phone # on the visa charge. I was told I had authorized a binding legal contract by not contacting them and refusing any further purchases. I had not even received the "free sample" at that time! After arguing with the representative for some time, I succeeding in cancelling my "contract". That very same day they sent through another $l6l.60 in charges! The visa company told me to call my banking institution. I have and was told they could only cancel my card and issue a new one. By giving my credit card # to the merchant, I authorized any charges they made. I will have to pay $320.22 for a product I do not have (I refused the package when it came in to the post office). BUYER BEWARE. This is an expensive lesson on giving your credit card #. I am not sure if the restaurant where I ate dinner and paid with my visa is also allowed to send a charge through each day whether I eat there or not.

While I appreciate them protecting my account from fraudulent activity, I don't appreciate having to wait 10 to 14 business days for a new card because their machine was broken when I went in. Especially frustrating since their hours are the same as my working hours, and I work from home....
