Love that I can call and somebody answers and the everyone is very polite. Getting a loan here for a great rate was a pretty with process and I have appreciated it all until recently. Their payment process for loans was the easiest thing ever before last month. Since it's just a hassle bc it's more complicated and all of a sudden there's a $5.99 service fee every month. It can be waved if I put cash into an account but there's no mobile banking to do it and there's a total of one location. I went from highly recommending them before to not recommending them to people anymore.

Worst bank ever. Drown you with service fees and all electronic transactions stop at 5pm fri and dont resume till monday or Tues or wed depending on a holiday. Cant deposit money electronically. The credit card customer support is some shady company that could care less about customers.

This is the worst bank!!!! I am a contractor and have new clients that I want to vet and make sure on! They give you the hardest time inside! They only let you get a max of 4 or 5 grand🙄 It’s a major inconvenience and I have about 41 people that say the same! I have 4 clients that are leaving this bank! I hope more follow! Banks like this have ALOT TO HIDE! Be very aware of this bank! Also EVERY TIME THEY GAVE ME THE ABSOLUTE HARDEST TIME, CENTRAL BANK, STOCKYARDS BANK AND EVERY OTHER BANK CASHED IMMEDIATELY! Literally the worst bank to do business out of!
