Called due and spoke with gentleman in member services today and verified charges duplicated on account. Rather than help, I quote it is not their fault and I have to come in and close debit card - this is after verifying clearly on account. Then called back to get name and receptionist rude. I have banked here probably 20 years- closing acct. Horrible service.

I have been with the credit union a long time now. They are great in some aspects. I had fell behind on a credit card by 1 month. I put money in my account and they took it out for that payment. Which wouldn’t be an issue except no one contacted me to tell me they were do this. If I had gone somewhere and received service I would not have had the money to cover not know they had done this. This was poor customer service on their part. Very dissatisfied.

I used to but not any longer. They take your money and play with it the way they want to. My credit card is shut down daily in transaction. The disability pays you after the disability time you are off from work. Does not reimburse you outs it against the car loan. I paid the car loan and I need to be reimbursed to pay other bills customers very dissatisfied.changing bank for my checking.

I’ve been a member since 1993. They have the best rates and the friendliest staff. Have part of your pay sent directly to them each payday. Let them draw the funds for your car payment and you are never late.

Great loan rates and friendly staff. Sub standard ATM access. Low withdrawal limits, and no ATM or app deposits allowed (which is inconvenient). Otherwise a great financial institution.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
Your deposits are federally insured up to $250,000 per account category by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).
