had a great experience refinancing my vehicle with this credit union. The process was smooth, clear, and much easier than I expected. The staff was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything so I felt confident in my decision. They offered competitive rates and truly made me feel like a valued member, not just a number. From start to finish, communication was excellent and the refinancing helped me save money each month. I have always had a very positive experience with Advanz while securing any of my loans. Any process is always smooth, transparent, and efficiently handled. Advanz now only need to update their debit cards with a chip! Other than that, I would recommend their services to anyone!

Last visit teller (forgot her name, is new and helped me last 2 visits) anyway, plan on opening a CD w some of my savings!! Also encouraged me to tell people about Advanz and gave info. I am old and never considered CD!! Thank her will probably see her again soon!! She has long grayish hair.

I had a wonderful experience working with Becky & Dawn out of the Ormsby Station location! From start to finish, the process was smooth with getting my loan. Both ladies were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I got my loan to purchase my new vehicle. The customer service was top-notch!
