I love this place and the people. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because of your app. You are WAY behind the times! I also bank at a national chain and 2 other local credit unions. I am able to link all 3 banks with multiple accounts and transfer money between them. You still don't have this option. You really need to get with the times on this issue, since I have been using it for more than 10 years. Whenever CD rates change, it would make it easier for me to transfer money to YOUR establishment. Make this happen soon! Like yesterday...for real. It's a big deal. I would send more business your way if I had the option.

I've been a member here 51 years. (1974 before move to "new" location on Newberg...) The last few have been marked with several declines. Several issues that should never have happened. Last month I realized I was out of checks called early Monday AM Sept 29 to reorder....they asked if I wanted to pick up or have mailed. Whichever is quicker I responded. It's the same really was her response. OK mail to home. OCTOBER 8 is tomorrow still no checks SOOOOO I'll have to rise early drive to the other end of town to get cash to pay bills TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Before that they cleared a $20 check for Eighty $80. Took forever and 2 visits in person to get the difference back in account. Thankfully the $60 difference didn't make checks bounce but if ?? During their move to Jefferson Green I mailed a check for between 3 and 4 thousand dollars for deposit. It was "lost in the shuffle" It Did turn up almost 2 months later ....what if I had really needed the funds ??...? I'll be there in the AM at 830 sharp to get cash .to pay some bills ..it's their posted opening time...wonder what time they will actually open. We've learned to put no value in what they say.

Worst place to bank in 2026. My debit card has been “ compromised “ four times in two years. Also, i’ve been paying on a $1,000 loan for four months. Month five, Autotruck stopped reporting and removed my loan from my account which dropped my score by 40 points in one day. It’s been a month and they still say it’s a back office problem. I’ll have to wait as its not a credit bureau problem. It’s a reporting problem Autotruck is having. Save yourself the time and hassle. Ive used this credit union a few times over the years prior to working at ford and it just hasn’t been a good experience AT ALL.

No customer service what so ever. They send you to a room with a phone and you practically have to beg for them to get off there butts to come in person. Horrible.

Horrible customer service! They never answer the phones, going on two days I have been trying to reach someone for assistance with my card being reported as fraudulent! I would NOT recommend banking here very low budget and unprofessional!!!
