I have been a member of Class Act for a period of time but i rarely come to the branch, but when i came, i was so impressed with the branch appearance compared to other credit unions. It was so clean & modern looking. They also have a clean public rest room for the members. Everyone looked professional & friendly. DIANA was my teller & she’s very helpful, accommodating & a sweet lady. She’s very patient with all my requests/transactions coz i am managing not only my personal account but also my husband’s & my 2 sons’ accounts. I was so impressed with them that the next time i visited the branch i brought my friend to open an account too & applied for the mortgage loan. Thanks also to DAYLIN for processing & approving her loan with ease. MERCEDES, my former colleague has always been very accommodating & helpful to me too. I have always heard from HESED from the marketing department that this credit union does not only offer great products & services but they also have the most caring staff & management! I would definitely recommend this credit union to all of my friends! Keep up the good works!

Credit union network ATMs don't accept cash deposits so you have to drive to their specific branches, but their ATMs are perpetually down for maintenance... if they are supposedly working, your cash deposit transaction will be canceled and you won't get your cash back.

I have enjoyed a long-time relationship with the credit union. I like their mentor or intern program of training young people in banking. Your money is protected with the credit union and it has helped me for many years when I was in a financial crisis. I love the courtesy and very friendly welcome I receive even in my financial situations, they have always been there for me without judgment

In a time when good customer service feels rare, working with Jake F. throughout the loan process was truly refreshing. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and incredibly easy to work with. Jake made the process fast, smooth, and completely stress-free. It’s not every day you find someone who genuinely puts the customer /member first — Jake absolutely did. Five stars without hesitation!

As a JCPS employee, I felt silly if I didn't utilize this credit union. I am thankful that I have! I recently opened up a savings account and am working with the credit union to secure a loan for a new (and much needed) vehicle. Paula, and Jessica have been absolutely fantastic, personable and have brought back the excitement of financial services that seem to be lacking in today's industry.
