Absolutely amazing experience! Yes this is a bank and my review is pure and honest. So many places have treated me like a nobody and my business was nothing to them! At Kit FCU you will feel so welcomed by the staff, they will remember your name and actually be happy to help you! Thank you all for being so amazing for my daughter and I. It’s nice to be appreciated. This place and its staff need A+++++ rating 10 Stars!

I typically never do reviews, but Kim is outstanding. Not only is her customer service impeccable, she is thorough, thoughtful, very knowledgeable and so quick to respond. It’s been great to working with her throughout the years and even better knowing there are people who truly and efficiently help you, while taking the time to care about what’s best for you. I’m grateful to have worked with someone so patient. I haven’t worked with any of the other staff fairly closely but the few interactions I’ve had, have been kind experiences.

I don’t typically do reviews unless service is amazing and that’s exactly what this is. I came to KIT a year ago for an auto loan and Kim has done everything in her power to make sure all my ducks were in a row and would check in until I finally received the car. I can’t begin to put in words on how thankful and how amazing she was to me. Very thankful for KIT and Kim.
