Kemba is the only bank I know at 27 years old. They've taken care of my entire family for decades. Overall, a great financial institution. They make me mad sometimes like any bank. But I guarantee that at least 9/10 times you speak with them, they are nice, helpful, and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

What gets me is, the bank cards are the absolute worst ever..I get that here from another company but how about find another company. Like Amazon's cards I have never seen none like it..it's thick, and it last, and here's the kicker, now u gotta pay 4 a new card as if it's your fault that they don't last. Just sad!!!!

Kemba always goes above and beyond to take care of me, even going as far as to call me within minutes when someone tried to make fraudulent charges on my debit card. Never had a problem with getting a loan or anything. The only possible complaint I could have is how hard it is to get someone on the phone sometimes, but I will gladly deal with a minor issue like that in exchange for the level of service they give.
