On 2/23/2026 I had an excellent experience with Park Community Bank thanks to the outstanding support from the branch manager. She was incredibly kind, patient, and clear in her instructions throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how understanding she was of my situation and how she truly went above and beyond to help me. Customer service like this makes a lasting impression, and I’m genuinely grateful for the time and care she took to assist me. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and supported. Thank you so much Nickie.

We’ve been customers for over fifteen years and have about had it with them. Trying to get in contact with them is almost impossible without waiting on hold upwards of 45 minutes in the queue. This has not been a single incident, but EVERY time we reach out. There’s absolutely no reason for them to expect customers to wait on the phone for this amount of time. What has happened to the community credit union service we once had? Today, my new debit card failed to work and I can’t get through to anyone!! This is no way to do business, Park. My business will be going elsewhere to a bank that takes care of its customers….😡

Jessica Parsons is awesome. I walked in to do some fire extinguisher inspections and she knew exactly where everything was. Very helpful and friendly. A great representation of the company.

Absolutely never apply through a loan through this bank. They charged me twice this month and refused to give me my money back. I’ve called and they said they will put the money in their bank, but they cannot give it back to the account that they drafted it from. 1000000/10 would not recommend to a friend

Only one teller, when I was finally helped, he didn't have funds in teller drawer and had to wait. Teller nice, wait was ridiculous.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
