They have consistently lied to my mother about "bank policies" or "this card has met it's limit of purchases for the day you're going to have to do it tomorrow (because it's 3 minutes before closing) that card has no limits" - they have withheld her disability benefits from her, and when I called them out on it arguing that it was illegal they had 3 people come to the window to justify their actions, just to call her back the following Monday to admit they made a mistake she could have her money, why put on some big show, they knew on Friday she could have her money then too. When mom's checking account occasionally gets behind (as this day and age so many of us this happens to, with cost of living rising, and living on such limited income without any means do to being completely disabled to earn more money) so instead of the the bank on the overdraft that day paying the bill that comes in that is the largest and mostly takes up the whole overdraft, they send that bill back, cover a few little bills and slam us with several overdraft fees.... You know they have to much sure the rich get richer as the poor get poorer. I absolutely resent and despise this bank.. I wish my mother would stop banking with them. Oh don't forget, if someone steals your bank card number online and purchases something or a few things, they don't care. Sure they will cut your card off. But you will never see your money again. They say it is not their responsibility to recover the money stolen from your account. As well when I had a credit card take a double payment out from my account when I banked there they absolutely did NOTHING to retrieve the second payment back and it was all but a 400$ payment and at the time I only drew 1200.00 a month. I seriously needed that money just to make it through the month. Zap. Gone. Credit card didn't care bank didn't care just floating in space. Do yourself a favor don't waste your emotional energy and money banking here unless you have money then brains.

The ladies are always helpful. Yes, it is a small credit union, but 95% of the time that I've called, the first person I talked to was able to take care of me. I've never had problem transferring money from other places and never had a hold put on a deposit before I could access it.

I was discriminated humiliated in front of the cashier over someone else neglect on an old account. I know my rights I been with this bank for 20 years and never ever been disrespected and humiliated and discriminated by their new owner that is running the bank. The cashiers are really nice.

Never used this place to bank due to the type of business that it is. I prefer my bank instead. During the years of Continental General Tire manufacturing plant this business wouldn't service anyone that wasn't an employee of the plant. So now I choose not to use them since they've now opened to everyone.

SLOW AS A SNAIL! DO NOT DEPOSIT A CHECK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT 10 DAYS TO GET THE MONEY! THE STAGECOACH HAS TO GO GET YOUR MONEY AND RIDE BACK THROUGH THE BANDITS! WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN IF ANY WAY AROUND IT! NO OTHER BANK HAS A 10 DAY HOLD!
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
