Almost every employee I’ve ever spoken to at this bank, in person or over the phone has been rude & negative when talking to them. Trying to get any information or solving problems is unbelievably difficult at this bank.

Friendly staff, and lovely updated location. Occasionally an empty ATM, but the staff tries to address it promptly. Nice hometown feeling, and a huge PLUS over conventional banks! Stop in and see what they can do for you.

I have been with this bank for yrs , the staff is the greatest always very helpful . Even when I moved I kept this bank because of the staff and how great they treat you . Big shout out to Tonya who is always there to help me when I need it thank you guys .

Been with them for years. I do not like they cut their hours at all. 8-4 maybe but not 9-4. A lot of people swing by on way to work or are use to morning banking first

UNREAL can not believe they r a real bank and continue to b. I have had $ missing from my account on several occasions and no one knows n e thing about it or how it got gone from the start and I have had so much trouble being able to access my account on line that its not funny. I have had my password changed so many times and still to this day i continue to be locked out of my account on line and I to this day still await a statement either via USPS or via e mail. With that been said I cant show that I actually have $ missing only have my personal homemade check/bank book and believe me when i say I DO NOT MISS COUNT MONEY...
