This place is the most inept bank. I thought the "new," system would be better. Lol, glad switched to a real financial institution. No one seems to know anything. Noticed lost to signet fcu as best credit union I can see why!

This comes with a heavy. I have banked here since I was old enough to mow yards and save money (12). Lori K. was my teller and she has always been the best banker I have ever dealt with. Ten years ago my family and I moved 600 miles away. I kept this account open because family banked here as well and I could move money from our new bank and C-Plant to deposit into family members account. Now my account has become non active and they started taking $10 a month out of our account for inactivity. We called to see what could be done to keep this charge from coming out and they told us we could move money around once a year or close the account. Well we moved money around until my wife could make into the branch to close our accounts. She was told we both had to be present to close said accounts, well that’s kind of hard when I work traveling and never make it back to town. Fast forward to today, I see a statement that shows our account has a $0.00 balance. I call and the lady on the phone says my account is now closed because it has no funds in it anymore. I tell her I’ve tried closing it over the phone and my wife came in there trying to close it as well. The woman on the phone giggled and said well it’s closed now. This ticked me off and I said “yeah finally at the cost of $100 and several attempts of us trying to close it, this is what makes it closed”. She giggled again and said “yes”. Thank you C-Plan 😠t!! But if you see this Lori thank you for always being the so nice to that little boy coming in to deposit $10 every time I mowed a yard back in the day, you are the best!!!!

I just left CPlant after attempting to wire money. I had the name, account number, the routing number, and the wiring routing number. However, it turns out the easiest way to get money to someone is to mail a check and let them take a picture of it and deposit it to their account. CPlant is way behind!
