So incredibly unprofessional web and phone systems, I am worried about doing business with them! I tried to call about getting a HELOC, and was told to apply online. There is no HELOC option in the online application system. I called back and was told to just fill out what I can. There are so many irrelevant questions about collateral vehicles, asking about year/make/model. I called back and was sent to the loan officer's voicemail (which says press zero to go back to the main operator - this does not work - it only repeats the person's outgoing message). I called and waited on hold to speak with a manager, who tried to send me to another loan officer, whose voicemail answered (and their OGM says to press zero for the main operator, but it only makes the message repeat.) Thanks, but I think I'll take my business elsewhere! PS- another loan officer called me back and told me info that the first person should have told me that would have saved so much time! Lowering the 2 stars down to 1!

I have been a Signet customer for over 30 years and have been mostly satisfied with them until recently. I needed to make a small loan and was denied even though I had two vehicles to use as collateral and had never missed a payment on the previous loans I had with them. What ever happened to customer loyalty?I am really disappointed in them now. Review update 10-31-23 I am finally ending my relationship with Signet. They have treated me like a criminal for the last time. I get a large check every year from a reputable company. These checks have always been good. I went to deposit the check today and they said they would have to hold it 9 days before I could use the money. I asked if I could use just a small portion of it since I needed to pay some things and they would not let me. I've been in business long enough to know that a check clears in 2-3days. I took my check to another bank, opened an account, and was able to use the money that day. These people at Signet are not even human anymore and don't care a thing about their customers.

I would give them ZERO stars if I could! Debit card was messed up, so we called and we were told that they could replace it in the office. I went at least twice and the lobby was closed each time. When they were finally open, I was told that I had to pay for a new card and it would be in the mail in 7 to 10 days. I finally get the card and call the line to activate it and the line isn’t working. Go somewhere else! This bank is horrible and the people that work there could care less!

In all my years with a number of different banks, Signet is #1 for service. It is an organization dedicated to its members and service to all. Michelle and her staff, where I bank, are extremely nice and make make everyone feel comfortable when transacting business. I think Carla is making this one of the best organizations in the area. I would strongly recommend this organization to anyone wanting a friendly and reliable banking experience.
