I have been with WBH credit union for a year and some change I believe, and I am on vacation with my family. I transfer some money from my savings to my checking so that I am able to use it and I use the card and everything is fine. I go to check my account later that night to come and find out that my account is in the negative. They had charged me over $60 dollars in "Courtesy Payment Fees". I have never had a negative account with them before and when I called to see if there was any way that they could be waived because I know I made the transfer, it just didn't go through. They don't automatically move money over to cover they just automatically start charging you $30 dollars each time you use the card. I had more than enough money in my savings to cover the charges. I talked to Candy who was the manager, she was very nice, but she basically just wrote me off, practically saying its my problem not the credit unions, I thought I had a screenshot of the transfer from earlier but I don't. They refuse to refund my $60 dollars, and they apparently "value their customers" - just not as much as they value making money. Will be taking my business somewhere that actually sees you and not $$$.

The employees are extremely friendly, and always will to help they get a 5.5 from me. I am disappointed in there hours Mon. Thr Thur they close at 4:00 pm and supposed to close at 5:00 pm on Fri. But some time they close earlier. Most ppl. Get off work at 5:00 pm so how are they to do banking business?? And if they take off work early to do business just to find out they closed early. Not only did they not do business they lost pay time from work.
