I always have a very pleasant experience. I am very big on customer service and they exceed my very high expectations. I'm always greeted with a smile and enthusiasm from them to get whatever I need done. They make me feel like I'm more than just a "number" it's more of a relational/personal interaction with the ladies. I encourage anyone that is looking to switch financial institutions.....I would consider this one. You don't be disappointed.

I called up to get a payoff for a clients auto loan, I was selling him a truck. When I passed the phone to my client to verify his information and give permission for them to disclose the payoff to me, they told my client that we do not need the payoff. They flat out refused. They then started to let him know what they could do for him on financing a car for him. We did not call for loan options, we called for a payoff, this is beyone unethical. I called 3 times and was hung up on 3 times by Janet and Betty. These ladies flat out refused to do their jobs and they tried to profit off of my work when the client was not interested in their financing options. Learn to prospect your own clients, what sharks. 9 years selling cars and this is the second person in that time to try and pull this. Hey guess who my client financed through?! me! Lolz
