The same women hung up on me at least 3 times. Hire people that actually need a job and can do the job. I know she did it on purpose because as soon as she picked the phone up the third time she asked for my social. Mind you I asked to pay a bike bill 3x I have had amazing customer service before this happen. I guess someone should have called in. Thanks. It happen around 4:13 PM to 4:22 PM

Went to get change for a $100.00 thru the drive up. Because I did not have an account with them the very rude teller told me NO. No greeting of the day or a thank you. All I wanted was change. I would not recommend this credit union.

At this point I'm having serious problems logging onto my online account using my laptop, I managed to log on using the Cenla app and I'm afraid to log out because I may not be able to log back on, I have reset my security code more times than I'd like but when I do so and I'm prompted to enter the confirmation code that's suppose to be sent to my email it never arrives, this has been on going for months, I checked my laptop for viruses and malware but found everything working correctly, I even contacted my service provider to have them check my internet service lack wise no issues were found so as it stands as of this day it seems our credit union has some issues that somehow block some customers, this is a fairly new account reopened back in 2019 so we are not exactly new customers, for this I only give this credit union two stars simply because this issue has not been resolved in a reasonable amount of time and after numerous visits to both our local branches.
