I’ve had A+ experience with Brenna for my auto loan. She had it processed and approved with me in a new vehicle in a matter of hours. That’s the ONLY reason this is more than one star. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone, but when you do get the secretary on the phone, she is by far the rudest, most unhappy, disgruntled employee I have ever dealt with. She sounds put out by every minuscule request. You can hear her huffing and heavy sighing every single time words leave your mouth. I’ve updated my address and phone number three times over the course of the last seven months and it has yet to stick. I had to request a new debit card today and was told there was a fee for it?!!! Then when I attempted to confirm the address she will be sending it to, she huffed and said, “I don’t know. Whichever you have in the computer” I asked which it was and after clarifying they had the incorrect address, she got aggressive and said I would need to come in and do it in person after the pandemic is over with and could just check the mail at my previous address to look for my replacement card. When I first opened my account, my card had never been sent through the mail, so after a month of me waiting, I called to ask about the status of it and was told she must’ve forgotten to send it. It takes 2-3 weeks to receive a replacement card if you’re lucky. You will NEVER receive any checks you order. I will be switching banks as soon as I have a day off to accomplish it.

Hard to get to. Parking across a really busy street. Online access for setup is nearly impossible to use. So many cigarettes butts outside in front of the customer entrance door you can't stand by it until it's open or there's room for you to get into the small lobby. The smell is awful. There's extremely limited handicapped parking which is more often than not used by lazy customers who want to run in and out and don't want to walk through the traffic across the street. And all of this has nothing to do with the bank itself. I've yet to go inside for the second time.

If I could give it less than 1 I would. they charge fees for everything. they give false funds availability amounts then charge you almost 30 dollars per transaction. They process transactions slow will take days even if it is not the weekend because of constant system shutdown problems. I will be closing all my accounts soon. Worst bank I have ever dealt with.

I wanted to make a surprise to my wife and the next thing I know is that the bank called my wife to ask her about the expense... SHAKING MY HEAD !!! Their fraud prevention database is HORRIBLE. Do never open a join account there . Some noesy employee WILL call you in the morning and ask you about all expenses... that's how you can tell that they don't have a lot of customers to keep them updated with fraud reports and they run probably on federal funds... getting ready to close my accounts there.

I called the front desk operator at 9:11 a.m. to transfer some funds into my account. Its now 9:50 a.m. and the funds still have not been transferred. When I call back to check on the transfer I was informed that they were shorthanded and they were converting to a new computer system.
