I use this credit union as a co-op, as my credit union is in California. My experience has been positive across the board. Being open on Saturday is a plus because I live in WBR and that bridge stays packed during the week. Customer service is excellent!! Thank you for accommodating!!

Horrible experience with the employees. The customer service is horrible. I called and asked to speak with a manager or supervisor and was laughed at by an employee. Shortly after she hung the phone up in my face. Never will I bank here again.
