I have been a member for over sixteen years and I am very happy with Breco Federal Credit Union. You can apply for a loan online on the weekend and first thing Monday morning you will receive a call and/or email. The customer service is spectacular.

I am a loyal customer. I’ve been a member since 2016. Since joining I’ve established a few accounts. I love the security features. The staff is friendly and the service is great. I would recommend this bank to anyone who is interested in a change of services. Stop paying big buck for petty services. At BRECO FCU, you get respect on your name.🫡

Yes, I have been with Breco since 2015. I have had over a dozen loans through Breco. I tried to get a small signature loan for Christmas within the past 2 wks . I left work twice to bring collateral paperwork to the lender woman at the Sherwood Branch. The women just don't care that the credit checks lower your score, and you have nothing to show for the hits on your credit report. All I received in return were excuses as to why the loan could not be given such as DTI, collateral has to be in form of a car,to my score is not quite up to par.I own multiple pieces of heavy equipment, a boat, an RV, several trailers, and a four wheeler. That will not work as collateral? I have never had this much headache. I will not recommend Breco to anyone or encourage them to do business with them. Rest assured ,as soon as I am able, I am closing my accounts ,and moving to another financial institution! This is what happens when you get rid of the people who work hard and get along with clients. I will say of everyone ,Ms.Nicole was most helpful in trying to assist me!

This credit union cant seem to keep employees. They do operate in the 1900’s. They do alot of underhanded business. If u are not one of their favorites, you will not get far. They have strict guideline, smh! For what? They are not that popular. Choose another Credit Union!!!! If u need to make a payment on one of their loans, you have to get a checking account to pay it, or u can mail it. So inconvenient.
